    I got my Whirlpool Over the range for my recently remodeled kitchen and I love it. Big and beautiful with a great price and price. I have had no problems with it. I plan to buy more electronic from best buy for my house in the future

    As is normal all new appliances have small learning curves. The only negative thing we notice is that the door sends too close by itself… Open the door to load it, grab the item to heat and the door is already closing or closed.

    Microwave works fine. The installation instructions fell short. The template was printed on the box, but it was very confusing about how to orient the template. After the proper orientation was obtained, the two mounting holes didn't line up. Installation is a two person job and time consuming to figure out where to drill the holes. My previous Whirlpool microwave died, so I hoped that the mounting brackets would be the same, but no, they are completely different. After the aggravation of the install, the microwave works ok. The only suggestion that I would have is that it would be nice to have a lighted keypad because it hard to see in a low light environment.

    Had the more expensive over the range Whirlpool model that would periodically need to be unplugged reset then quit working on Thanksgiving Day. Have not had to do that with this one.

    Overall this microwave has veen awesome for my family. It controls pretty well. It was easy to install. The only issue not being able to change the sounds/beeps other than muting them.

    Works well. Looks good. Will see if this is the Whirlpool of old. Can't really speak to longevity. Most new appliances last about 1/10 as long as the old ones.

    A little dark inside. The bulb is not very bright. The darker interior may have something to do with this. Other then that its great. Last one worked for abut 11 years, so I got another.
