Great Microwave/Convection oven, food comes out well cooked and hot. It is quiet compared to my old dead LG microwave. This is an excellent item, and I would purchase it again.

It works "ok". Yes it can be more space effective havibg everything in one BUT you have to be very careful you use the right settings. Id you accidentally use regular microwave when you wanted to use airfryer then the metal grill pan will spark. Also the BIGGEST let down is the keypad doesnt light up. So if you want to set it for 60 seconds and change the power your kitchen better be very lite or have the 32 buttons memorized. I rank this a C-

Amazing microwave. Perfect for warming and baking small entrees. Easy to install and easy to clean. So many features including dehydrator and air fry function.

I like it because it is an air fryer, convection oven and microwave. It replaces an air fryer I had on the cabinet. Looking forward to using it!!

It does everything it was advertised to do. Intuitive controls. Very quiet operation. Excellent at warming up leftovers.

Overall a good product..one issue I have with this microwave is that the fan doesnt have an option to be stopped by presseing only once. We have to press multiple times to reduce the speed of the fan and stop it..we end up pressing multiple times and is annoying

So far so good. I love the air fryer piece. It’s large and roomy. Would recommend.

Works great. Love the product and how easy it is to use. Air fryer is easy and clean up is a snap.

Though a little large, but i knew the measurements, works great. Only reason for 4 stars is that the unit is designed and pictured to have a rack, but it is not included, which is not given in priduct description.

I thought I was buying new unit not a 2023 model. I found the unit was missing the main convection shelf. Whirlpool looked at my serial # and wouldn’t send one until a big run around and pictures of everything. Even though it’s not Best Buy’s problem don’t sell me old appliances without stating such .

This is a great microwave. The air fryer feature is a great alternative to using the oven.

Great products! I like the face structure with non-handle exposed unlike those regular over the range microwave. I love the function too, having air fryer that I can now dump my old counter air fryer and saving space to eliminate it! No to mention the grill mode which one my favorite way of cooking.

This is the most quiet microwave ever. It’s beautiful and efficient. Warms food evenly and bakes cookies perfectly. My kitchen is open to the living room thus it is visible and looks much better than my old, noisy luxury one.

I got this microwave, got it installed 3 days ago, I went to use the convection oven and noticed the rack was missing... I contacted BestBuy and they told me it don't come with it.. I asked the next logical question ( if they had it in store) he told me no.. I went to the whirlpool website and it sends you to a third party to get the rack.. none of the info on telling you what one to get... very upset you should do better in letting the customer know that it is missing a accentual part of the oven... please do better.... I would recommend this to other with caveat that it don't come with all that is needed and trying to find it a joke, because the third party don't use the needed info to get the correct part
