I got this microwave, got it installed 3 days ago, I went to use the convection oven and noticed the rack was missing... I contacted BestBuy and they told me it don't come with it.. I asked the next logical question ( if they had it in store) he told me no.. I went to the whirlpool website and it sends you to a third party to get the rack.. none of the info on telling you what one to get... very upset you should do better in letting the customer know that it is missing a accentual part of the oven... please do better.... I would recommend this to other with caveat that it don't come with all that is needed and trying to find it a joke, because the third party don't use the needed info to get the correct part

The air fryer works great but it doesn't cover a big enough area of your food to completely fry your food.

Nice microwave although when installing, one of the anchor nuts on the top front poked through so we had to loosen the case and run a washer/bolt from the inside and washer and nut it inside the cupboard. It was a real pain but it worked and easier than trying to swap & replace. After 1 try of using the air fry mode, I wasn’t impressed but it may be trial & error.

Love my microwave oven. The only thing I don't like is the light isn't very bright and the sound alarm isn't very loud when the microwave is finished cooking. My top rack is missing and now it's taken 2 months to ship to me.

This was a purchase to replace an older microwave made by Whirlpool. I placed the order online and the response I received was exactly what I had hoped them to be. perfect! Another, newer and quieter Whirlpool microwave. I was told the date the oven would be delivered and the time frame. The stallers arrived minutes ahead of time and went to work immediately. Taylor was in charge and the crew was great. Great communications from the installers.

This was an upgrade to my previous stovetop microwave.....relatively easy to install and great quality! Highly recommend ed!

Air Fry works well, does not heat as fast as my Ninja, but does seem to work better. Excellent as a normal microwave. So far its pretty good!

Love the microwave, bought it unboxed, and it didnt come with the box... which made installing it myself a nightmare.

Replaces an LG (never again!) and so far so good. It's quiet and does everything we ask it to do. That being stated, we have not tried every function in the month we have owned it.

This microwave does everything. We got this for our daughter and she loves it. She just told us how great the grill works. It actually puts grill marks on the meat. It is a heavy unit but well worth it

so far all is good. not yet tried air fryer, not sure how it is different from convect baking, which we use a lot and work perfect for smaler dishes. also fun of the grill function. it is actually better than our range , with all these features because of the rotating plate. it is more evenly bake. would nice to have a pause function, so if u stop to open the door no need to reset everything.

This is a nice microwave/air fryer. The annoying thing is that the timer’s volume is so low that you have to be 3 feet close to the microwave in order to hear it.

the store salesman new about the equipment an was helpful. the installers were on time and did a great job of instaling the microwave

Powerful unit and good looking too. Takes us no time at all to heat items and the browning and crisper functions are pretty cool

Tt works amazing!!! specially the air frying mode. will recommend. The only thing so far that needs so work is the fan feature I dont like how you have to turn off

The microwave is something that you usually need at home but it is so good with Air fry I recommend it.

My product is amazing and exactly what I was looking for. I wish I could say the same about my service at the store level.
