When cooking on the air fry or convection roast settings, it seems to take much longer than the ninja flip and the recipes I’ve tried (following time/temp recommendations) seemed to take twice as long as expected. I’ve not tried baking in it yet.

Highly DON'T Recommend

Buy your appliance elsewhere!!!! This has been the WORST product and experience with customer service from both Whirlpool and Best Buy. We purchased this product Nov 25th - it was delivered Dec. 16th. We fully remodeled our kitchen and the microwave was not able to be installed until Jan 15th. We tried using it the same day as it was installed, and the element shorted. We contacted Best Buy to have the microwave replaced and were told that was not an option - we missed the return period by 2 days. Best Buy was NOT willing to work with us or help in any way. We contacted Whirlpool and a tech was sent. He diagnosed the issue (element shorted) on the first visit. Then, we waited 2 weeks for the part to come in and he came back to replace the part on a second visit. We reinstalled the microwave and attempted to use it - only to have a second, totally separate issue. We called Whirlpool again to have the tech come to our home for the 3rd time. He diagnosed the issue as the fan needing to be replaced. Super frustrated at this point - as we spent hundreds of dollars on a brand new microwave that we have not been able to use. It is obviously defective if we have had 2 completely separate issues - yet neither Best Buy nor Whirlpool will replace the microwave.
