Installed on 3/15. Used the Air Fryer on 3/19 and heard pop.. microwave is dead.

I had this model previously and we damaged it during a kitchen remodel. Having said that we still loved it for the convection feature as well as microwave. The new model is even better for even cooking and it is quieter too!!! Definitely a whirlpool fan

I really like the sleek, clean look. So, it works great, but I haven't used the oven and air fry mode yet.

Purchased this to replace a Whirlpool Velso G2 model that we loved. This model was the closest in terms of function to that model. However, some of the features have been removed and replaced with others. Was very disappointed by the air fry mode. We thought this would be a great feature and help eliminate having to purchase a separate air frier. However, everything we have cook with that mode has taken significantly longer than expected. In addition, the manual function does not seem to work with most items because the temperature does not go to what is required. This feature will not replace having a separate air frier. The grilling feature also does not work as well as on the previous model. Tried to grill some small, cubed potatoes, which I did on our prior unit. On this one, I gave up, they just were not cooking. Switched to the air fry mode and ended up taking well over an hour to get them cooked. One function omitted from this model is the sizzle pan, which my husband loved. This model does not have that function, seems like perhaps the air fry mode replaced the sizzle pan, but does not do what the sizzle pan would do. My husband has tried other features to try to replicate what he would cook with the sizzle pan, but nothing has come close. Has some plastic hooks inside that look like they are designed to hold a shelf, but none was provided, and it does not appear there is even one that can be purchased as an accessory, so not sure what the purpose is. Has significant issues with the installation that we purchased from Best Buy. The first guys who installed it did not install it level, the back was much higher than the front and the screws were not firmly attached to the cabinet because they were not lined up with the holes they drilled into the cabinet. To correct the issues, the second team had to redrill holes into the cabinet, so now we have multiple holes in the bottom of our cabinet.

I absolutely love our microwave. It's so much more. We grill, steam, and use it as a standard microwave. Fantastic.

In March 2023, Reese we purchased this microwave. It has worked very well on all things we have cooked and heated. I would recommend this microwave to anyone.

Bought this to replace a convection / microwave. This one does air-fry as well. One unit does it all, for a reasonable price.

Incredible tool in any kitchen, exactly what we needed.

The one complaint I have is that I didn’t get the rack that was supposed to be included with it!

So far so good for a month of use. We have not used all features yet. However I wonder why it did not bring a main convection shelf. As for the air fryer, it takes to long to "toast" a piece of bread. We are using the conventional air fryer again.

Excellent communication by delivery team. The over the range convection oven works perfect. I will shop Best Buy first in the future, simply for the great communication.

Really quiet and works perfectly oon all functions

This one appliance has replaced 3. We have so much more counter space. The controls are intuitive. This easy to use 3 in 1 oven works exquisitely.

Very good product. My only complaint would be that the buzzer to let you know it is done is too quiet.

The air fry mode does not work. We tried to use this mode. The food didn't get hot for a ridiculous period of time, and then the food was mushy, and no crispness. I made the same product on my free-standing air frier and it turned out fine. We called Best Buy, who send out a technician. He thinks that it may be a design problem. We then called Whirlpool while the technician was present. Whirlpool would not talk to us with the technician present. They also would not talk to the technician unless he had some store code. The technician did not know what number the Whirlpool was talking about. Beyond that, the Whirlpool representative was incredibly rude. It would have been just bad if we as customers were treated that way. To treat a Best Buy technician that way, given how big a customer of Whirlpool Best Buy must be, was incredible. We're having Best Buy remove this item and getting a non-Whirlpool replacement without an air fryer.

Product is a great replacement! But missing large top rack for convection ! Nooooo im not the only one either.! Help BEST BUY¡

Mine just died after 13 months, and Whirlpool is charging us $115 to repair it. And apparently that's them being nice.
