Exellent microwave, lots of features and build quality. Happy with the purchase. Install was a breeze, albeit a bit heavy, you will need a few people to assist. The quirks are the gimmicky WiFi connections, had issues connecting to via my phone, had to press the WPS button on my gateway to get it to connect after several tries. My biggest issue with the connected feature is that the "remote" function needs to be turned on at the unit before having the ability to use it via the app. Seems counterproductive to go to the unit, press the remote on and then use the app. Needs to be a way to keep this on permanently, even though it may be a security feature. Overall pretty happy with the purchase.

The microwave oven seems to be well designed and easy to use. We especially like to defrost feature and the convection oven cooking results. Chicken wings are tender inside and crispy outside.

The product was good, service was too, and delivery and installation was great too!!

I couldn't have got a better deal anywhere I searched the internet for weeks but I kept coming back to Best Buy and then purchased it and even got a better deal with the OPEN BOX. The only thing missing was the box. And some cleaner and some food.

After having purchased one of these at your competitor and having it turn out a complete mess, I ordered form Best Buy. What a difference. Geek squad is the best. Keep doing what you are doing. Thank you.

Love the sleek look of this microwave! Not opting for a hood vent in our new build was a regret until we found this microwave! Lots of settings and is surprisingly very quiet when running

I never thought I’d love a microwave so much. It looks amazing, feels heavy and durable, and the programs are actually useful and accessible; I have never really liked programs on microwave until this one, it auto senses food, so you get perfect temperatures without messes. We also like the idea of a convention oven, but honestly haven’t used it yet; this feature might come in handy as a third oven over the holidays. Note, this was 3/8” taller than our old GE microwave, so I had to raise the cabinet because I had previously backsplashed all of the way up to the bottom of the GE; definitely increased install time and difficulty, but overall very worth it.

Absolutely love it. The warm up capability is so much faster and even warmed up.

I bought HT this because it looked cool. It’s actually an awesome microwave.

I wanted to live with the microwave for a while before writing a review. Had a few fits and starts to get it connected to wifi, but once we did it has been fine. For routine microwave cooking, it is a solid performer. I really like that I can do convection cooking with it as well, without heating up the whole house with the regular oven. That worked well too. There is a "pre-heat" period before you start cooking. You can do some controls with Alexa and there is an app. it is nice to be able to see how much time you have left in cooking. I really like the clean controls on the front. They aren't "always on", but you can press a menu button for them to appear. The clock can be in military time. It has a stainless steel interior, which is easy to clean from spatters and has a glass turntable.

Haven't used convection oven but like microwave oven.

I’ve enjoyed this product so far and I haven’t tried too much of the tech side of it yet.

Very pleased and easy to use. Definitely recommend to everyone. My elderly parents love it.

Love, love, love this microwave! It's sleek door without a handle looks great. We use both the microwave and convection oven features, so we don't need to keep a toaster oven on our countertop. Easy display and to operate. Highly recommend.
