Really really good microwave but EXTREMELY bad smart capabilities. App is really awful and whirlpool support is extremely NOT knowledgeable. For the big price I expected more. No integration with smartthings and the likes.

Whirlpool Micro Convection Oven is perfect for our use. It works perfect for our cooking needs. Alexis and Leslie were the reason we made this purchase. They explained all thee functions for us making our decision easy and simple.

Great product however the installation instructions were less helpful than desired. Measurements were in decimal point and inches together! What exactly is 7.3 inches???? Works great, albeit for the weird measurements on the templates.

Works great and the controls are intuitive enough. Be aware that it is a big door! Without the control panel on the side, the door does stick out farther than the one on the unit it replaced.

Caveat: I got an INCREDIBLE deal on this microwave. Price aside, this microwave has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. The only exception is the scan cooking feature doesn't quite live up the product's description.

Great unit but the spec have the unit as 16 inches but it was 17 inches and would not work in my location due to a cabinet next to it being 45 degree to it and the door would not open. So I had to return it.

Nice microwave for the price. Unfortunately they don’t make at 36 inch anymore but this one worked with the filler kit.

The food are completely cooked or warmed. This microwave reheat the food so well that it tastes like fresh its freshly cooked. I also love the app control feature to use on my phone

Not as intuitive as expected to operate but once familiar with functions its a nice unit. Clean looking and very spacious.

Love this microwave. Looks great in my kitchen, has many different cooking options, and an automatic exhaust fan when the stove heats up. My last microwave was also a Whirlpool and lasted for 18 years!

I have not used all of the functions yet, however so far so good. It's a nice looking unit with a lot of features that I'm looking forward to using as time goes by. I'm very satisfied at this point.

Love this microwave. Its so beautiful and sleek. There are so many cooking options and the disappearing touch pad is a wonderful suprise. Cooks food so quickly and easy to clean. Definitely recommend!

Love the sleek modern look. Fan is a lot quieter than my past one. Cleaning the convection fan surface is going to be tough.

LOVE THIS SO FAR - A little frustrated when cooking as the steam does fog up the door and hope I don't have issue with control panel like others have mentioned

Purchased this to replace our very old microwave. Have not installed it yet but am looking forward to great performance based on reviews.

Takes a while to discover how to find some items, but at lease they have a manual and that is better than looking everything up on the web. I would recommend this to all.

So far so great! Delivery personnel was great, they also did the installation, I’m glad I didn’t try to install the microwave on my own, they did what had to be done and cleaned up after themselves.

I bought it tree weeks ago and i like.the wifi connection and app is excellent. you can even scan to cook so no more over cook time or mess inside of the microwave with this features.

Haven't used many features yet, but the door swings much wider than the previous unit. I never had to duck when I opened the old one, but I have to be careful now. Food prep is done to the left of the unit. Probably if it opened the other way, there would be no problem. Also, controls aren't obvious, a little lazy about hunting down the details.

Only had it for less than a month, but so far, it's working fine (I haven't used all the options, of which, it has many). And it is a beautiful addition to my kitchen!
