Great product and value for a convection microwave.

The design is sleek, stylish, easy to clean, and the wifi/blue tooth setup was user-friendly. The cooking, defrosting, and reheating features all operated well. The item is quite heavy and the “specialty” menu buttons are only illuminated when pressed. The app (IOS) does not allow for the adjustment of the fan, light brightness, or off modes

Best microwave I have owned. Love the convection oven and the large size.

The only problem with this unit is that the volume of the timer bell is low. I read the manual and cannot find any reference to adjusting the volume. Everything else is working very well.

It got 5 stars as I picked it up in store and didn't have to wait to have it delivered. I have this same model in another house and has been trouble free for 3 years since buying it and hopefully this will the same .will be installed next week

Great product looks amazing and great capabilities

So far so good. It’s big. Really big. Seems to work quite well and has lots of neat features. Wish there was a timed night light feature for the underlying it but other than that great.

Love being able to bake in it and multiple fan speeds. However a few times it has not responded but was frozen and after leaving it for a minute it would fly through all the commands you had hit and then be fine. Only a few months in and that as well as a few extra sounds as it cooks leaves me doubting how long it will last.

The features and performance of this microwave are great. The convection works well and I like the steam simmer feature The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is that while I was able to add the microwave to my home network, the remote function is not working. Two calls in 3 weeks to customer service has not resolved the issue. It appears that their system is not recognizing the microwave and so far they have not been able to add it to their system.

This is a really nice microwave that was a big upgrade from the old Whirlpool I had. It runs pretty quiet and I love all of the features. One of the best things about it, in my opinion, is the fact that there is no handle on the door. The handle is essentially a cutout where you put your hand in the side of the door. If you’ve ever had a microwave with one of those handles attached to the door, you know this is a great feature because there’s no handle to fall off in a few years rendering your microwave essentially broken. Happy with the look and quality of this microwave and I would definitely recommend it.

Have used for 6 months. All microwave features work well. Has been dependable. Surfaces stay pretty finger smudge free, and the inside is all stainless so its easy to clean inside too. Convection cooking was novel at first, but it does take a long while to preheat. However using convection for get a crispy finish, or to reheat pizza correctly, its nice. Many reviews mention the exhaust feature not working well, however I have discovered by reading the fine print in the instructions, if you have a cabinet deeper than 12" above it you need a special wall mount bracket from GE, otherwise the fan outlet is partially blocked, limiting the CFM of the exhaust. The phone app to scan food barcodes to automatically set the microwave time and power setting seems to be hit or miss in the database. I found about 25-30% of foods in my house show up when scanned. The app also lets you know whenever the microwave has finished its cook time, no matter where you are in the world. I get notified when my family uses the microwave with a push message every time, regardless of if I am at work, in a store, or in my car. Its a minor annoyance.

This microwave looks great. The styling is modern and all the touch controls are wonderful. It cooks great and seems to cook faster than my previous oven of same watts. Light has 2 settings and fan has 3 or 4 settings. I really enjoy it and have no complaints whatsoever! Great oven.

Was used t replace a defective microwave. Was able to use the existing bracket across the back for support and the top mounting screws without having to drill new holes

loved this microwave but it wasnt as durable as I hoped, It has lasted about 4 years before it died on me, but while it worked, it was the best.
