    Excellent microwave! Love the convection feature and preset menu options. Also makes perfect popcorn everytime! I even got to replace my air fryer with this oven so now theres more counterspace. I didnf think I didnt think I would use the available app but its actually quite useful! Especially when using the convection mode - I can monitor the preheat from another room and then go back when its ready.

    it's been only 30 days but so far I'm happy with the purchase I love the convection future. It's much more quiet than my old 12 years old microwave.

    It’s ok. Paid too much. The Wi-Fi feature is a gimmick and not very useful for me. Microwave power is weaker than my old countertop model. Convection over is pretty much useless. Takes forever to come up to temp and when you load your food it takes forever again to get back up to temp. It’s HUGE. I mounted correctly and it sticks out a good inch from my standard cabinets. Hangs a bit below cabinets too but still has more than the recommended distance to the range top. Measured and measured again. My gripe - the unit gets super hot from the range. plastic on the bottom edge of the front cracked from heat cycling from the range. When it gets REALLY hot from the range, the exhaust fan kicks on stupid high and stats on for stupid long. I do make a habit to run the fan on low when I use my range, but kids don’t always remember. ... hence the cracked plastic

    My 10 year old Whirlpool Microwave finally gave out. Went to Best buy to replace it with the same one. Was told that the estimated delivery date was 12/15, to long to wait. The salesman, Tom, told me that they had the convection combo micro waves in the wear house and could have it in days. So I decided to to purchase it. We are so glad we did. We love using the convection feature of the microwave and use it now move than using the oven.

    Great, very happy with this oven only wish the manufacture would have added a second interior light as the single light makes it hard to see the food without opening the door.

    Definetly need 2 people to install but otherwise pretty straight forward. Never had such a nice microwave the features are amazing. The butter melting/softening setting is perfect for baking , the microwave feature works well have yet to use the convection part. The venting system is stronger yet more quiet than my older Frigidaire. Looks are 10/10

    Very Happy with our other Whirlpool appliances. Sleek look goes well in our kitchen ,nice finish ,no fingerprints. Cooks quicker and hotter than the one it replaced.
