So far this is a great microwave. It is very quiet and easy to use.

We've been using this microwave for over a year now, and it's been working well. The preset patterns are accurate, and it's easy to use.

Works well easy to use although it will not connect to the internet even though it's supposed to.

Great microwave, I was impressed by a friend's Whirlpool and bought my own! Just like his, it is extremely quiet and opens and shuts without effort. I haven't had a chance to use the convection oven yet, but I'm sure it will be a pleasant addition as well!

Huge improvement over 10yr old MW. Examples: done chime volume is adjustable, exhaust fan is powerful enough to actually remove smoke (albeit noisy on hi), touch buttons, not failure prone membrane keyboard, etc. Microwave is powerful and works as expected. The steamer function works great for steamed vegetables, but takes surprisingly long, maybe faster in a double boiler on the stove, but does shut off when senses done. Was disappointed that you can not use microwave and convection functions at the same time. Guess this is industry standard, probably due to power supply (works on a 15amp circuit). The Wi-Fi / app function is pretty limited, just able to turn on the convection oven (which we rarely need). If you value privacy, the app terms/conditions requires you to expose your life to Whirlpool. (I declined). I found Whirlpool label on the front to be too noticeable and obnoxious, and don't want my kitchen to be an advertising venue. Fortunately it peeled off without marring the stainless steel. IMO Looks much better without the label.

It is very high tech and has Bluetooth capabilities. It is taking me a little bit of time to get used to it. But I do like it a lot.

I am very pleased with this microwave. It is easy to use and nice looking.

Best microwave decision you can make. So many settings and functions you may forget it’s a microwave. I love the smart component to it that makes it unlike anything I ever had. Easy to mount, use and works very efficiently. Much better than my Samsung microwave at the same price.

It is early only month or so but very happy Only negative is confection takes long time to heat up

I had the 2018 model of this and upgraded. I purchased this for installation into a motorhome and i was only able to be installed four days ago, so I haven't used it much. The basic features appear to be the same. I'm not sure i like the "disappearing" controls, and they only disappear on one side, so I don't understand the point in leaving them on half the front, why not have all of them disappear for a more sleek look? I do like the sleek look with the handle off to the side. I also very much like the change to a larger clock/timer display in white, rather than that horrid blue you couldn't see from a distance.

Repalced a Whirlpool gold that we bought when we remodeled the kitchen. Installation went smoothly and it works very well. I have not fired up the convection oven yet but see no problems. Easy to operate not as complicated as the Gold.

Installation for any over the range, can be a challenge especially when removing the old one and you find surprises. Works as advertised, and i love not having to use the large stove oven for small preparations, and take advantage of the convection capability.

It took over 5 weeks to get the mircowave we needed and we tried to express our disappointment to the proper people.

No one loves their microwave like their stove, unitl now. This microwave is amazing . Its like having 2 ovens and it cooks eveything perfectly . I dont boil water for mashed potatoes anymore, i steam them
