Long list of shortcomings - not true convection roast, uses microwave to supplement the convection, so you are limited in backware options to microwave-compatible. (Convection bake gets around that if you raise the cooking temp.) No convection keep-warm hold options, only 10% microwave power that overheats food. Convection cooking rack set too high in oven for best heat distribution, and the little circular rack that goes on the turntable for convection cooking doesn't hold much. Range-top light very dim even on bright, at only 25 watts. Controls are in bottom of door instead of one one side, where they are apparently very sensitive to overheating. Exhaust fan comes during at ordinary cooking at jet-engine high and stays on. And, it's huge. One plus, the microwave function is very quiet. It might get replace way before its time.Anotherher plus, it clears smoke out in a hurry if you don't mind the jet-engine sound.

My family and I are truly enjoying are new microwave. I love the contemporary look and the features. It is definitely a great purchase.

No issues with the microwave or convection yet. We love it! I do wish it would have come with an led light, but I replaced it with an led for $8.

Worked 3 Weeks and quit!!! Best Buy didn't help and Whirlpool warranty was in effect. However after 2 months they could not get the part shilled to the repair company.. After numerous complaint and threats they finally sent e a new oven. The new one has worked so far.

After purchasing on Jan 6th, 2021, finally got product installed on Feb. 9th, 2021. So review is after only a few days use. All seems fine. We like the fact that there is no handle on the door. They generally seem to break. We do like the feature selection features across the bottom of the unit, though I will say it is difficult to see inside the unit if you should want to see how your food/beverage is doing.

I was without a microwave for 6 weeks, and really missed it. I purchased this Whirlpool product and I love it. It looks good and works well.

I haven’t used it much. Popcorn turns out great along with meatloaf and warming pot roast dinner.

Fits perfectly and seems to be working well. Taking me some time to get used to new features. My other Microwave was easy to defrost because it was one temperature. I am sure I will get used to it. I have never had a convection oven so not able to give a 5 star rating at this point... check back with me in a couple of months. I would say 4.5 stars at this point. Delivery setup was excellent.

So far so good no issues. Happy with the purchase cooks good and fast. Haven't tried the convection yet but I'm sure it will be fine.

This is an amazing microwave. Very sophisticated and sleek. It did way more than I was expecting. It is ver heavy though.

Great Oven !! Bought this to replace a GE Profile one. Compared to the similar sized ovens,this model had a better Range Fan with better displacement. Also, I like the auto turn on feature of the fans (when the range gets super hot). I wish if the backlights on the display turned on when an hand is sensed near by :) With a ton of features, I love this one.

It was easy to start using right away. I also love the steamer that came with it. It defrosted my chicken breasts perfectly

Love this Convection/microwave range. Lots of bells and whistles, more than I will probably use. We bought it for a replacement in our Motorhome.
