I love it. I love how it automatically turns on the fan while cooking on the stove. The shelf and turn table stand are a great use for heating up items in it. I would buy again, lets see how long this Microwave lasts first, if keeps doing well I would recommend to friends and family as to re purchase in future. Hoping it last for years. Goes great with my Smart stove.

The Pizza setting asks how many slices. Even though I lie by twice the amount and it’s still not done. I increased the heat settings and still no good. It has WiFi but I still have not been able to connect it to my home WiFi. I’ve done that with other items such as a thermostat and it’s a huge asset. If it works. The door is very heavy which has me concerned about the long term. The black stainless steel is not so stainless and has fingerprints all over it. Whirlpool was highly rated but watch out for the pitfalls.

Whirlpool is going to have a lot of trouble soon, if they do not fix this design flaw. The plastic door just starts to fall apart making the microwave stop working, starts beeping uncontrollably......what a nightmare. There is a rude surprise waiting for all the owners of this microwave , as it suddenly fails in the first 2 years of usage !!!!

But very happy with the product. It is quiet. Looks really nice. Installed under mounted under a cabinet. Instructions were good with a template etc. Downside if any, is that it was heavy and we had a very tight spot to lift it up to. We got two 5 gallon paint cans, set it up on them so we would have far to lift it up in get it on the mounting bracket. Happy with this choice.
