    Microwave has worked well but just the other day I got a error message which I could not clear. about 10 minutes later I tried again and it worked perfectly. Im still waiting for Whirlpool to respond to my request for information about the error message.

    Good looking, easy to clean, convection works good. The microwave doesn’t cook evenly and we are trying to determine why. Put two slices of bacon in and one comes out crisp and the other does not(?)

    Installed easily. Works fantastically. Haven’t used the convection yet. However, the sound for timers or when done cooking is the quietest I’ve ever dealt with. If you have a tv on while waiting, you might not hear that it’s done. Really needs to be MUCH LOUDER.

    The app that allows you to scan a bar code of an item you want to cook has yet to recognize any I have scanned Progresso soup even. The interface takes a bit to learn not intuitive as other I have used. Works great for popcorn and potato’s figures out the time for you and has been spot on.

    Installed same as the original unit. Like the connectivity and additional options. The unit opens with an indent on the right. The install was against a wall on the right so had to add a handle to open since there isn't room to fit between the unit and the wall.

    Excellent microwave. I was VERY disappointed that the numbers are not back-lit. Deceptive wording in the advertisement led me to believe they would be. Kudos to the Geek Squad and to Rachel Dousharm, consultant.
