Easy to use, looks great and very easy to install yourself.

This microwave is fantastic! The perfect size, easy install, took 10 minutes. Replaced a 20 year whirlpool microwave because the handle finally broke off. Love everything about it, even has a automatic fan for the range. Top notch, I’ll be buying another one in 20 years.

This unit is almost perfect. It is the right size. It matches my cooking range. Easy to use and clean. Has pretty blue lit clock. The high and low settings for lighting the cooking surface and exhaust fan are nice. BUT... there is no back lighting of the control panel, making it hard to see at times.

Replaced old microwave that stopped working. Great price! Looks great. Perfect match with our other Whirlpool oven. Works really well. I did not want double level, so this was great for me and my family. Love the 30 second option. Venting works perfectly, lights are very nice underneath.

It's soo quiet and heats up in seconds! I love it already! I just hope it lasts as long as my previous Frigidaire that I had for nearly 9 years! Wish the turntable was a little larger though but otherwise it's perfect!!!

Of the three Whirlpool appliances we purchased, this is my favorite. It is an excellent microwave. Looks great. Large size. Works well. I can't ask for much more than that. Oh, and it was affordably priced. Would recommend!

We bought this to eventually match the only side by side fridge on the market that will fit into the space we have in our small kitchen .... Love it! No finger prints ever show & it works wonderfully!

I've only had this unit for a short period of time, but I've enjoyed using it so far. It is easy to use and looks great with the other stainless steel appliances. Its quite powerful as well. Heats food quickly and thoroughly. Good price too.

Great microwave. Had two GE's prior to this one. Last one fried. So I decides to try another brand. So far so food. Looks great and simple to operate.

I bought this to replace my 20yr old Whirlpool microwave. For the price, it certainly is worth it. My only problem was the vent. Best Buy delivered and installed and they forgot to remove some part that allows for venting through the roof vents and not in the house. The workers even went in my attic to make sure that the vents were connected properly. I had no idea that it was improperly installed until we used it later in the day and it sounded like an airplane was taking off. Thankfully, they came back a week later to properly install the vent part. Didn't affect my rating of it though.

I've been wanting a over the range microwave and this matches my appliances (Whirlpool). So when I saw it on sale I bought it right away. I hired a handy man to put it in and it was easy to install per the handyman only took about an hour.

Looks and works great! Upgraded from the black 2012 model. Perfect fit!

Works great and easy to use basic functions. Still need to figure out vast functions and features. Overall was easy to install and looks great in the kitchen with the SS finish.

This microwave was much lower priced than it's competitors. It has all the same features, including stainless steel and it is very easy to use. We really like the digital controls and the easily accessible handle.

Bought this microwave a few months ago. First time I ever installed an above range microwave. Was replacing an old one. The mounting holes are different for each microwave so I was a bit nervous that I would not get it right. The mounting guide and instructions were very helpfully and I was able to mount it perfectly. Microwave works great! Heats food to perfection. My wife and I have become world class microwave chefs using 50 and 60% cook power when reheating food. Easy to clean. Strong sturdy handle. One downside is the recurring beep when food is done. Microwave has no patience for my laziness.

The microwave itself is easy to use and installation wasn’t bad. I bought it because our other one was older and I thought this would be more efficient. Well, it isn’t but it still works well. The biggest concern I have had is that I bought a new unit, and when I opened it, there was a dent on the top and on the side of the door. This is the second appliance that I have purchased from BestBuy that was found to be dented when I opened it’s box. It’s never easy to uninstall something that big, have to return it, and then wait to get a new one installed. That part is annoying.

We had a hard time finding over the range hood microwaves bigger than 1.1 cubic ft. We were happy to find this one. The installation team showed up on time, installed it quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Best Buy's warehouse and operations team gets low marks however. There were several cancelled appointments because they didn't have the product in hand and, one time, tried to deliver an open box unit without a mounting bracket. Kudos to the installation contractor for bringing that to my attention. Once I got the store manager involved, he resolved the problem quickly.

First- fingerprints definitely show- everywhere! But it’s a good microwave so I can’t complain too much. It’s also a great size.

Great value for the dollar. Not only does it look nice and shiny, it is easy to both install and use.
