Great product for the price. Bought new model of previous builder install which only lasted 4 years. Hoping this will last many more years to come!

Solid microwave. The light on the bottom side went out fairly quickly but was an easy replacement. Would recommend this microwave to others.

Microwave performs well. The instructions we done well to help me set it up with overhead exhaust. Decent light on the bottom. One nice to have would be to a light on each side of the bottom for better visibility on our range. But that would affect price.

The purchase was easy and was worth the extra money to have it delivered, installed and the old one hauled away.

This microwave is an update to our previous microwave. So the learning curve was non existent. We only found this model at Best Buy. The stainless steel looks awesome and it doesn’t leave fingerprints. I would highly recommend.

I got a good deal on this, looks great, i have had it for 2 months now and its holding up well so far. Nice bang for your buck. If you are looking for high end quality the spend more money. If you just want a decent microwave at a decent price, this is a decent microwave.

Great value for the price. This microwave oven comes in two SS versions. Pay the extra $10 for the special coating that eliminates fingerprints.

This thing does exactly what you would expect. Easy cleaning and does a good job warming left overs. I have yet to find a microwave that is capable of performing the miracle of evenly heating a Hot Pocket.

We bought this microwave 4-1/2 years ago and we've enjoyed having it for so many uses. Easily thaws frozen meats, reheats just about everything and cooks things nicely (frozen vegs, large frozen pans of lasagna, "baked" potatoes, fresh corn-on-the-cob and so much more). We've had 7 adults living in this house and every single one of them slams the door shut! Every time! Its not even necessary. The door shuts so nicely and quietly. After 4+ years of slamming, the door finally displayed a very long crack next to where it connects to the oven and, being that it houses microwave radiation, I couldn't trust the seal any longer so I found this replacement at a great price here at Best Buy. I'm so happy I could get the "same" model installed. The installer, Chas, was excellent! It was done in no time and he hauled everything away for us. Anyway, this is a spacious and great microwave, buy it!

A nice upgrade after using the same microwave for 20 years! Easy button arrangement to get used to.

My old Whirlpool microwave died. Since our kitchen cabinets were basically built around it so I wanted a microwave that would fit the same space. Lucky I was able find this model and it fit perfectly. It's easy to use as well. Love the +30 sec button.

The scheduling was good, the two workers were extremely efficient and quickly installed the microwave, and were very pleasant to deal with. We like the new microwave very much.

As this is my 3rd in five years, I am hoping for great results, and so far, so good. I looked into what I wanted, and the brand is excellent and the machine opens and closes quietly, works well and has great settings.
