Person doing install discovered something that sounded like glass rattling inside it. Tried to return, past 14 day return policy. Left out of luck on this purchase. Total loss.

The service man said the circuit board is bad and would be to be replaced for $500. I'm so very disappointed with Whirlpool. Oh and the door never really shut right. You would have to lift it up to lineup with the latches.

Could not repack correctly this 70 lb item. An 72 and Best Buy insisted I must repack it. Am disabled Vet . Injured my bad back repacking it. Will NEVER use BEST BUY again

OMG! AMAZING SILENCE!

I looked high and low for one that had the convection oven option. I purchased the double oven and wanted a third oven option for Thanksgiving. This one had it. I was stunned the first time I used it at how silent it is! You don't even hear it cooking OMG! It is worth what I paid for it for that feature only! MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT INSTALLATION COMPANY! DO NOT USE OPTIMA! THEY DRILLED TWO HOLES IN THE TOP AND BUTCHERED MY TOP CABINET WHICH IS OPEN AND I HAD COOK BOOKS AND KNIVES ON TOP. THEY DID NOT EVEN MAKE THE SCREWS FLUSH! THEY INSTALLED THIS RIGHT BEFORE JULY 4th AND SHOWED UP WAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND RUSHED TO GET OUT! I DID NOT KNOW THERE WERE DIFFERENT INSTALLATION COMPANIES AND THOUGHT THEY WERE THE SAME COMPANY MY LOCAL STORE HAD. THIS I PURCHASED AT ANOTHER BEST BUY STORE THAT WAS LARGER. THEY USED OPTIMA. THEY WERE RUDE WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND BLAMED ME FOR THEIR HORRIBLE INSTALLATION! BUYER BEWARE! USE CORY THEY WERE AMAZING WITH MY OVEN! I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ON THE PRODUCTS AND MANY OF THE ISSUES I SAW WERE INSTALLATION RELATED! I HAVE ATTACHED THE OVEN I PURCHASED AS WELL. LOVE THEM BOTH! INSTALLATION ON THE OVEN WAS AMAZING UNLIKE THE MICROWAVE!

I wanted an OTR model that was around 2 cu. Ft in size. We found this Maytag unit and what sealed the deal for us was that not only was it a microwave/convection oven but Best Buy had it for $150 off. After using it for the past couple of months we really love how quiet it is and its performance as both a microwave and convection oven is spot on. We don't have a vent to the outside of the house so the 4 speed fan with the filters is a great bonus feature. I look forward to many years of use out of it.

It has really been a disappointment thus far. when I go to heat up food, it typically heats up the first time. But the second plate or any plate there after, good luck. The table just turns and no heat. Food doesn't heat at all. It's plain ridiculous for the price of this thing. It's the one black hole in our kitchen that I'm totally upset with. Also, when it does heat up, it doesn't seem as strong as advertised. Time to call the whirlpool guy again. Smh
