The microwave works excellent easy to work with display

This microwave is really nice and spacious. It has a very sturdy construction. My only complaint is that it's really loud. That just means you can't use it for your late night shenanigans.

We just bought a new townhouse and it had all new stainless appliances but was missing the over the range microwave. Easy to install and heats and cooks great!

This microwave is just what I wanted. The only drawback is that the sound level is too low. I wish there was a way to make that louder. Best Buy was so helpful with this - I had ordered a countertop microwave first by mistake and they were very helpful in getting this corrected and getting me the right one. The installer was great too!

Great size for an above-range microwave. The steam feature is pretty unique and the venting/blower is strong.

This microwave is much louder than the one we replaced which was 15 years old, so it's odd that it had to get louder, not quieter. That being said, it has the simplest defrost I've ever experienced, much easier than most, and a 1-touch button to turn it on for 30s, and you just keep pressing the button to add increments of 30s, which is why I went with Whirlpool, because i knew it had 1-touch

The microwave works fine. Easy-to-use controls. Sadly, one of the vertical anchors was missing a nut, which was on the inside of the chassis. Hence, the microwave is anchored on only one side. Poor Whirlpool quality control. I'm hoping that Pacific Sales will agree to swap the deficient microwave with a new one. However, when discussing this with a salesman, he said they could not because the microwave was installed. I'm hoping his boss (David Canton) will agree to the swap. I'm scheduled to meet with him tomorrow (Saturday).

Much more powerful than my old one. Very simple to operate.

Meets my immediate needs and expectations! Easy to install The wire rack functionality is somewhat confusing.

Microwave is great although i wish the shelf was placed higher so it wouldn't need to be removed most of the time
