    Love this microwave. I bought this microwave because it was the only fingerprint-resistant microwave available for pickup. I am so far impressed with it. I replaced my Frigidaire Gallery model with this unit and have a much better heating evenness with this unit.

    I bought the “open box” without “opening” to examine in store. It was a great buy. However, when I got it home, the bottom was bent badly. If not for my very handy husband, I would have had to return it. But he fixed the dent and accompanying issues. It is installed and works beautifully. Great bargain as long as you have a handyman!

    Just received the new microwave. Seems to be working fine. However, the instructions lack detail, therefore trial and error prevails. Can't rate 5Star only because I'm not sure if I am using the microwave to its fullest potential.

    The first one broke out of warranty so we bought a new one, same model. IT might have been because of the size of the microwave hole and it taking 5 minutes to swap out, or we might have loved the unit. We do like the unit.
