Best Whirlpool microwave you could ever have! I bought my daughter one and buying my son one also.

This did not last three second. I plugged it in after install. Turned the light on then the fan, I heard a sizzle behind the number pad and it shut down, never to turn on again. I returned it and reordered a new one. Hopefully the new one lasts a little longer. I hope this was just a bad wire. The microwave looks great but I will review the new one after install.

Was skeptical of Best Buy products and pricing.....but...gotta tell you...they proved me wrong! Perfect Microwave...Perfect Price...my first dinner from new Microwave from Best Buy is "CROW"...

So far so good. A little louder compared to our old Whirlpool microwave.

Great microwave. Wasn’t the original first or second one I wanted. But it was the only one available with zero clearance so that it could open up against my wall. Overall not a bad product.

Microwave has some awesome settings. Very up to date. Installation was more difficult than anticipated as cabinet above needed some modification but once that was done all is good!

The product is great! It works great and is it easy to use.

We don’t particularly care for it. The microwave we had prior (came with our home), so with all of the good reviews we decided on this one. You CANNOT leave the rack in the microwave THAT COMES WITH IT because it is a fire hazard....& ours almost caught on fire. The microwave we had before didn’t have these issues, so this was new. Our sensors weren’t working properly(this is in less than a months time), so we had to call in to have someone come check it out. The service was unprofessional, and they said it was our ‘sensors’ went out and had to be replaced. Did that, and it’s still not stopping when ‘sensing’. Extremely disappointed.

In kind replacement for newer model. Total tech support to a great job with the installation. Popcorn setting didn’t burn my popcorn! Overall, very pleased with the microwave so far.

It’s a beautiful microwave! Still don’t understand the 2 tiny holes in the inside of it! Very strange!

Install was easy. Fit on previous brace and screw patterns still matched. Works like a microwave should. New popcorn sensing took couple of times to get used to. Fits in with the other whirlpool appliances we have

This new unit replaced a similar micro wave oven that was older. We are pleased with the product and it's features. In addition the team of installers were very professional and familiar with removing the old unit and installing the new one.

This unit replaces one that micro had burned out. The overall cost was less than repairing the old one.

I love the microwave. Heats well like it’s looks, overall I am very satisfied with this microwave.

This was the replacement for an older Whirlpool that quit after 11 years. The new support rack in the rear installs a little lower on the wall, but the old support bolt holes in the overhead cabinet are used for the new microwave.

We replace a Samsung that only lasted 2 years. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES, customer service is worthless. Whirlpool is working good and seems to be constructed to last.

Absolutely perfect. Matches the decor, setting the clock is a breeze.

Great product. The timer sound is great, noticeable but not annoyingly loud. Gives you a calm reminder chime should you forget you have something in the microwave. Very pleased with this purchase.
