Good microwave. Great features. Replaced an old microwave that quit working and updated the kitchen. Actually did not get a chance to use it but the new owners said they love it

I purchased the oven and ordered installation. Installer came on time and installed it with no issue. He should have told my tenant how to use the provided metal rack because it caused spark when she put it in without need of 2-level cooking.

Very simple to install and it looks great in our kitchen!

We were saddened to view a very limited selection of Microwave units for over-the-range until we checked out Best Buy. They had the exact color, biscuit, which has become difficult to find in other stores. They had it at the Christiana location within three days. Installation was simple. A fine unit. Did research on all different brands but picked Whirlpool because it was the closest to what I was replacing with the available features I wanted. Have only had for a couple months now but pleased with it.

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for one that I had for about 12 years. It is a great. It comes with a removable rack that allows you to warm multiple items at the same time. It is easy to clean and it is not noisy.

I just love my new microwave...My old one lasted 20 years and I’m hoping this one does as well. I love that it has the sensor option and that it plays a music tune when it’s done......cleans up great and it’s very big inside. It also came with a cooking rack if you have many things to heat up or cook....so far it’s the best microwave ..

Purchased during Black Friday sale. It was delivered in a few days. Installed it myself with no difficulty. Instructions and template are clear and pretty easy to follow if you have some basic handyman skills. Good to have a helper because it is heavy. Looks nice and works as expected. Fingerprint resistant surface makes it easy to keep it looking clean.

This has been a great microwave. We had a built-in microwave that started sparking and died. We decided to go with an over the stove model instead, and we much prefer it. This is powerful, easy to use, and easy to clean. Let's hope it last longer than many new appliances do these days.

When we moved in 6 years ago in a new home we had the same exact microwave/oven and it was easy to use and we were all knew the functions so we decided to swap with the same microwave when old one was out of work.

This sleek over the range microwave is a total upgrade to our kitchen, offering even cooking and a rack for layered cooking. The microwave itself deserves a 5, but considering the hassle we went through to receive one that wasn't damaged was a nightmare experience, so I can only give a 3. Most of Best Buy's appliances will arrive damaged in some sort of way, so this was our second attempt at getting a good one.

Microwave exceeded all expectations. Needed a black stainless to match the rest of kitchen appliances. Very confident in the Whirlpool name. Works good and the product arrived in excellent condition.

Bought this to replace an old Kenmore microwave that was failing. It looks great, and works very well. The control pad on the right side is nicely designed and easy to use, and we like the upper rack that was included. Happy with purchase.
