The microwave is so awesome. Loving the sensor that helps operate the microwave. It has a nice melody it plays when food is ready. Easy to clean up and Loving the space it has. Thanks BestBuy.

As we primarily use our microwave for reheating food and beverage, almost any microwave will do. I will offer the following for those who may be considering this model.
Ours did not come with a user manual and a web search led me to a one-size- fits-all user guide which is not specific to this particular model. Some may find it difficult to take full advantage of all the features without more detailed explanation. If you’re considering this model, I would advise a web search for the user guide; maybe you’ll have better luck than I did.
I concur with some other commenters who stated that the light inside the unit is dim and the right arrow icon on the front panel could’ve and should’ve been accompanied by a START label as there seems to be ample space to do so.
With regard to the Open/Close Door message that some have mentioned, I believe it could actually be a safeguard to prevent the user from starting a cook cycle without having anything inside. The way I ‘think’ it works is if you put something inside and start the cook cycle immediately, you won’t get the message but if you wait too long before starting, it ‘times out’ and you’ll need to open and close the door again.
Our only experience with sensor cooking is with Popcorn which leaves about 3-4 dozen un-popped kernels. We prefer to time and listen instead.
Our unit was installed with recirculating venting and as was the case with our previous microwave, the recirculating fan is ineffective for the most part. Intake suction is weak as compared to the force of exhaust. Wondering if this is just typical of a recirculating vent installation.
I do find the that the finish on the inside makes for much easier clean up compared to our last unit.

I love this microwave. The sensor cooking is wonderful. Reheat option works with the sensor so I am able to let the mircrowave do the timing. Would never buy any other brand.

Really great microwave. I love that it has a shelf in the middle of it so I am able to heat up a few things at once. It is very easy to clean. The included template the drill the holes was a plus it made installing it very easy and simple. i love the steam function for steaming my vegetables.

This is a good all-purpose microwave. The interior is big enough for anything I'd want to nuke. The sound, when it's operating, is a bit louder than my previous microwave but not annoyingly so. It's really easy to clean. I thought the stainless steel exterior would be harder to keep clean but it doesn't show fingerprints. The only thing I would change is the number panel. The lighting in our kitchen is not great, so at night, it's hard to see what you want to press to set the time of operation. The installer Best Buy hired was really efficient and it went a lot quicker than I thought it would.

This microwave has a lot more features than my 20+ year old model (different brand) that quit working recently, but they’ve been easy to learn. The only thing I miss is the one minute timer’s “ding” after something has been cooked or heated. That made it easier to remember when to take the food out. This was a very good purchase.

We had to replace our 10 year old built in microwave. After a long search, we decided on this one mainly due to price and features. Slightly bigger than our old one. Great quality, great price. Delivery was fast and was easy to install, fit in the old brackets that we have.

Bought this for my mother and it works really well. Does not take long to heat up food. Very reliable and sleek design. The food heats up through and through, she is really happy with it.

I bought this microwave to replace 18 year Whirlpool microwave.
The new microwave required new holes drilled in the upper cabinet for the install, which was not a big deal. The cabinet width was a big deal. The cabinet on the microwave bowed slightly making the cabinet wider then the specified 29 67/77 inches making the install a little more difficult. Paper template for drilling could also have been better.
I also have some concerns on reliability as after a brief power blip/outage (1 to 2 seconds), the display on the microwave went blank and unresponsive, though the cook top light stayed on. Cycling the power to the unit resolved the problem. I am hoping this will not be a common occurrence or a sign of other issues.
Setting the time from a 24 hr clock to 12 hr am/pm seems overly complicated.
The new microwave does have some nice features. The sensor cooking has worked great at reheating leftovers. The defrost works well with out cooking the item but is is slow. The fan speed control is nice, but I was hoping for the fan would have been a little quieter.
