Great oven, cooks evenly, interior doesn’t allow much to stick to it, has a shelf, fit perfectly into space of previous (Maytag) oven, has accurate sensor technology for determining cook time, less expensive than comparable ovens, had to wait 6 weeks to receive it, two person install due to weight, good looking, we love it!

Had the Geek Squad come hook it up. So far this microwave OTR is great!!. Only thing i miss is the quick time for 1, thru 6 min. It has a 30 sec quick cook only. So ok a little getting use too. The microwave cook food great and has a lot of space with the 1.9 Cu Ft. There is also a light with 2 levels

So far so good, it completed her stainless accented kitchen. Works and looks great next to the side by side frig, stove and dishwasher we also bought from you. Would even be better if the stove regulator knobs were stainless color (not black) like we ordered and the dent in the door of the dishwasher acknowledged.

Perfect Fit! The dimensions and installation templates (part of the outer box) were accurate and easy to use. The warning signal when timed cook is done is irritating and can't be changed. Just hit the "cancel" button early!

only microwave with the center rack. i have 4 kids so that is a huge thing for my family. i can get almost everyones plate in at once.

Perfect Old Whirlpool to New Whirlpool microwave Replacement. Had a 1.9 cf.ft. Whirlpool Gold microwave purchased in early 2017. The microwave door internally started dropping broken plastic pieces and eventually the inside door started falling off. Replaced it with this New Whirlpool 1.9cu.ft. Microwave and everything is great. Actually seems more powerful and takes less time which is interesting as both old & new microwaves say they were 1,000 watts

It’s cool. Matches my stove. Works like any other. Except this one comes with a metal rack inside that is sometimes in the way. Not really sure what it’s for. Overall it’s easy to use and I like it

Perfect! I just needed a black stainless microwave that could be mounted underneath the kitchen cabinet & above the range. The most I'll use it for is to pop popcorn.

The microwave works fine - purchased in April 2025. This review is for the installers (XPS Global is the company name) and Best Buy customer service. The installers caused significant damage to my kitchen cabinetry when they forcefully jammed the new microwave into the space (and I measured several times to ensure fit before buying) and they broke the trim on an upper cabinet. They slapped some putty on it and called it “good” (and proceeded to blame the builder of my 8-year old house that they shouldn’t have added cabinet trim!). I was BEYOND upset because I later found they didn’t even install the microwave straight AND also split the wood on the interior of the cabinet frame. Went to the store, they just gave me the CS number to file a claim because I paid for a 3-year warranty. I filed the claim in February, but no one has called/emailed me. I have called back multiple times and the CS people keep saying “We’re backlogged but we’ll escalate this and someone will contact you in 24-48 hours”. It’s been nearly two months since the installation and I need this repaired so I can sell my house. Meanwhile, I’m still making payments on this microwave. I will NEVER allow those installers back in my house again after what they did and fully believe they need to be held accountable! My cabinet guy that I used in the past was ready to fix the damage, but of course Best Buy said they won’t reimburse me unless I get it fixed through their claim process. Absolutely bonkers since they haven’t done ANYTHING for months to move this claim along. Buyer beware, Best Buy does not care one bit about making things right and fixing the damage caused by the people they hire. They just care about taking your hard-earned money.

It is much deeper than my old one so I had to rework a cabinet door to get it to close. It heats very fast. We are still trying to get used to the settings. I wish they gave us a template in the box instead of on the box to install it (you have to cut it out).

The Whirlpool microwave is working beautifully. I am very pleased with it.

Performs as advertised, plenty of interior space and looks nice.

Overall a good purchase and would recommend. My only concern is that the stainless steel dents more easily than hard plastic (my old microwave) or enameled steel (my old stove). I've already got one very slight dent from having bumped a lid from a pot.

This microwave is just what I was looking for. Works great and easy to use.

I like it has more features than more old microwave. Nice tone vs the standard beep when cooking is completed.
