The microwave was good quality and looks nice. We upgraded the appliances in our kitchen to sell the house, and it worked. We received an offer days after the microwave and other appliances were installed.

Overall, this is a great microwave when it comes to what is most important, cooking food. We have had it for about a week, and so far it is working great. But there are a couple of small things, that I would say if it was not already delivered and installed and I was picking one knowing everything, I would choose a different one. It all depends on what you may like and need though. But some good things to note: 1. There is only one bulb for the cooking light under the microwave that lights up the cook top, and it is in the very back, and is incredibly dim. It's great as a nightlight, but not very helpful as a cooking light. We are going to need to purchase a light strip or something as our lighting in the kitchen is not the best. 2. The microwave does not seem to have a pause option. We are a bit afraid to just open the door to do something like stir the food and continue cooking, because the reason we have this one now is the previous one started to trip the breaker if we opened the door without stopping the microwave first. Eventually it started to trip as soon as we started any cooking cycle. We found out it was due to a safety mechanism designed to make sure the microwave does not run with the door open. If the switch starts to fail, it will trip the breaker to make sure the microwave does not run with the door open. We got this one as part of a Geek Squad replacement. Of course this one may not have a similar issue as the door latch is completely different, but we are nervous either way. There is only a cancel button, and it completely stops the cycle, so either you cancel, and then put in your time again, or you just open the door. There is no pause. 3. The last point is a convenience feature. The last 2 microwaves we had, had quick start buttons, where you could just press 1, 2, 3, and it would cook for that many minutes. With this one you will have to manually type out how long you want to cook, or press the +30 seconds button several times. Nothing major other than the light for us. The light is more or less would have been a deal breaker for us if we woudl have realized prior to installation. Hope this helps.

Good microwave to replace one I bought in 2015. Easy to install and seems to work fine.

We replaced a 13 year old GE Profile with this unit. We are very pleased with the with the aesthetic look of the fingerprint resistant SS front and how it matches the other appliances in our kitchen. The installation was very straight forward with the provided template and hardware. The unit operates quietly and provides a more even heating of food than our old unit. We like the ability to select canceling the turntable operation to allow larger dishes to be used in the microwave and the end of cycle chime is a pleasant change. The unit was on sale which made this purchase even a better value for us.

Upgraded from a Frigidaire microwave that came with our house and went out on us after 2 years. So far I like the way it looks and seems to get food hotter quicker. Also not as loud as previous one. One downfall is I haven’t figured out how to use timer and microwave at the same time. It always wipes out my timer and I have to guess how much time is left. Love it is finger print resistant. Looks much cleaners on a daily basis from a family of 5 using it. Hope it holds up longer than Frigidaire.

The microwave does a great job on pizza and popcorn. Both items are perfectly cooked without burning or becoming rubbery. The minor con is the microwave is slightly taller then most microwaves so if you're installing in a small space it may not fit. This wasn't an issue with our microwave located over the range but it does stick down about an inch below the bottom of the adjacent cabinets.

The original was struck by lightning 6 years ago but held strong until recently so I bought this microwave as a direct replacement. It has a few new features over the old one. We’ve never had an issue with with the old one and so far the new one.

Very nice microwave from a design standpoint. Fits well within kitchen decor. Whirlpool has made programming selections and improvements to this newer version over the older version. Wish Whirlpool had kept the two lights to light up the stove top area. Exhaust fan at three speeds seems to be very adequate for cooking odors and steam.

Just love the microwave. Easy to operate and has all the selections you need. The sensor cooking leave off the guess work. Just love it.
