THe buttons are not easily pressed. I have to practically hit them to start them. I cant get sensor or auto cook to work easily like I could on my old icrowave. I need the book by my side and it still isn't clear how to use.

The installers arrived on time and quickly installed the microwave and explained the various new functions compared to my old microwave. The microwave runs efficiently and I am pleased with the purchase. The overall experience from the store salesman who took his time to explain everything to the installation was excellent.

Recommendation is to have a functional display model and test to meet expectations before purchasing. Not all models are created equally. No fault of Best Buy.

But, if you want to actually hear the timer or a beep when you press a button forget it. The teeny tiny tone is barely audible. I would not recommend it.
