Does not come with a sleeve! You have to use the old sleeve from your existing through wall air conditioner. Nowhere does it State that it has no sleeve. If you did not have an existing unit, you would be very surprised when you receive the product and went to install it. Installation instructions are absolutely horrible. Claims it has three fan speeds, but the difference is negligible. Absolutely the worst air-conditioning unit I have ever dealt with. I am seriously considering returning it for a different product. Do not under any circumstance, consider purchasing this piece of garbage.
