Since I did not buy extended warranty, Whirpool charges for the inspection, at least 100 dollars + estimate. I do not recommend.

Freezer popped open in the middle of the night. Everything thawed. No kids in the house 2 adults. Witnessed it open on its own later that day. The door does not close well

Terrible purchase

There’s always a leak. Geek squad fix it in less than a year replacing with a new part and it’s having the same issue again.

I purchased my first in 2021, in less than a year I had to be replaced. Got a brand new one, and AGAIN, within less than a year.. it broke AGAIN. That’s 2 refrigerators in less than 2 years. I’ve spent weeks on the phone with Best Buy, Geek Squad, and Whirlpool… their solution… repair the junk or send me another piece of junk. It’s horrible that these companies take your money for crappy alliances, then make you wait for hours for non-existent customer service.
