This fridge stopped working within the first year. It keeps the items frozen in the freezer but the fridge section does not stay cold. I am contacting the store now to see what my options are. Has anyone had issues with this particular fridge?

I bought this fridge in October. It is March. It has been leaking water from the freezer almost daily. We had a technician from Best Buy come out this morning who said “for this model there’s nothing he can do and we need to unplug our fridge for two days.” What was the point of that?

This review is for my experience; I paid full price for a brand new version of this refrigerator, but i opened the freezer and found an open box tag. I didn't see the tag within the return window so the company wont replace or discount the product. Very disappointing and deveptive sales practice.

It's August. Bought in Jan. and it's already dead. Customer service non-existent. They will "call me in 2 weeks" - I kid you not. That's not even for service but just to talk to me. Stay away from Whirlpool.

Stopped Working After Six Months

Purchased after six months it stopped working, Since it's under warranty it took Advantage Appliance Repair company 3 days to come check and said need to order parts, then schedule a repair date. Don't know how long it will take.
In mid June without refrigerator for over a week. Life is in hell.

We bought the fridge in October and the freezer wasn’t cold enough from the start. We are still waiting for it to be fixed after 4 visits from their service company. Whirlpool doesn’t stand by their products. Second bad experience with whirlpool. Never again

I have had Whirlpool Fridges before so when I purchased this one I was not worried, So far its working quietly and reliably, to this add the great Best Buy price and I'm a happy customer.

Don’t waste your money refrigerator does not keep proper temperature. Food in freezer and refrigerator had to be thrown out. Right from the start of using it I noticed everything was warm I’m lucky I didn’t get food poisoning. My last Whirlpool product.

This refrigerate keeps freezing over. I've had it repaired once already when it was still under the 12 month manufacturer warranty after it froze up twice. It has frozen up again and i followed everything they said to do. Not worth the price for the food lost all 4 times now. Would NOT recommend!!

An absolute piece of garbage. The door did not close properly and thus would not maintain temperature. The second one had the same problem. Whirlpool has some nerve selling this. I will not buy another Whirlpool appliance.
