    Don't buy this fridge

    This fridge has been a nightmare. It's a total lemon. It runs super cold even when set way below the minimum recommended setting. It builds up a ton of ice in the freezer. The vent between the freezer and fridge ends up with icicles and everything in the fridge gets frozen, then once it clogs up more the fridge gets too warm and the ice melts into the fridge. It's gross and it drips out onto the floor. The ice build up in the freezer makes it super loud when the fan comes on. Whirlpool sent out a guy to fix it but he came out several times and basically just defrosted it, which made it better for a couple of weeks. Finally he replaced a part and we thought it was better, but it wasn't. Whirlpool would have kept sending the guy back if I kept paying the $100/year to extend the warranty, but they weren't willing to replace the fridge.

    DO NOT BUY

    Purchased June 2021. Starting noticing water leaking from freezer to fridge in Oct 2023. Unplugged and opened inside panel of freezer. Ice formed in coils. Defrosted outside as food was on ice in ice chests. Plugged back in day 3. Still not cooling properly freezer or frig. DO NOT BUY. After reading all other comments this is a lemon. Things are now cheaply made and do not last. No need to post pics. I have seen others with same issues and no resolution but to toss in landfill which is shameful. Money blowing in the wind. REPEAT DO NOT BUY

    Purchased in July 2021. Failed in less than 2 Years, and out of one year warranty. Repair cost is almost same price as buying a new comparable model. Do not buy!

    Worst Purchase

    Bought two for a rental property and they are junk. One had has to be dethawed every 3 months of freezer leaks everywhere and the other doesnt freeze at all. Worst purchase ive ever made.

    Money pit

    Huge disappointment with the maker and Best Buy. The freezer is super cold but i have had to throw out food several times because the refrigerator part just decides it doesnt want to cool anymore. Called Best Buy, 300.00 just to come and look at it. Thought to myself, If i had that kind of money, I'd just buy a new one. A repair person came and had to replace the motor(its only been 2 and a half years) and a month later, i have to throw out more food. After all the expense of trying to fix it, i find myself refrigerator shopping again. Not happy at all!!

    Warm fridge

    Save yourself from a headache. It works fine for a few months got in last year around October. Fits perfectly in small space. HOWEVER, the freezer gets really cold which then blocks the cold air from going to the bottom compartment. So, the freezes over even at the lowest setting. While, bottom compartment for produce is WARM. YOUR FOOD WILL GO BAD. Then you have to defrost, The Whole fridge every other week to get the bottom compartment to be cold again. It’s NOT WORTH the trouble and hassle.

    Worst product every brought.. after one year, fridge door don’t closed, had to buy $100 extended warranty from whirl pool service.. warranty expired on 2022, now it won’t cool. It’s only 3 1/2 year.. suck!

    Worst Fridge

    Stay away from this fridge. I purchase it a year ago and its already broken. Very poor quality. The fridge was licking water from the inside. Spend the extra hundred and get a better fridge.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

    I had this only for 3 months and the freezer stopped working and everything went bad in it. The fridge stopped getting cold right after. I wish i never spent money on it.

    Not good at all
