Absolutely love this refrigerator/freezer. It works perfectly for my space.

The fridge is small, and the limited space is further introded upon by the door bins, which ride into the shelve space when doors are closed. Any items against the back wall on either shelf will freeze, keep produce in drawer or it will freeze.

Our fridge was delivered back in August, 2020. We noticed that the temperature controls were off. We adjusted so that ice cream was cold but then the items in the fridge were frozen. We adjusted again, but now the ice cream is softer. It has been rather noisy and getting louder.

This refrigerator is the perfect size for a one person apartment or an office space, we put it in our basement for our daughter. Just a perfect size for those situations. Good refrigerator.

Purchased on 6/9/23 still under warranty and the temp is 54 degrees in my fridge. I only drink milk with my coffee so I didn't realize my milk had spoiled due to the temp and it was making me sick. I am a heart patient and am on a blood thinner. I am on a strict diet. Whirlpool said it will take 3-7 business days to locate a subcontractor - 3-7 more days without a working refrigerator. They also said I could hire a tech and they would reimburse me up to $200 .... BUT I would need to get the service approved after paying! what is the point of the warranty? I cannot believe this ridiculousness.

Bought for my rental unit. It’s a very good size. Not too small. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is not a good fridge. The temperature controls are horrible. The one in the freezer feels like a toy knob. There is no distinctive clicks and the knobs feels really loose. It doesnt keep food frozen. Our icecream was more like whip cream consistency. It also builds up ice on the bottom of the freezer and leaks ALOT of water into the fridge. I had to put a bowl under the little component in the back to catch all the water. The fridge stays nice and cold! But the freezer wont stay cold. Going to see if manufacturers warranty will fix it. Only had it running since May 2021. Oh, it also shows finger prints too!

looks like a nice fridge but took too long for mis-delivery. Love to deal with Best Buy but not for long if the delivery team still messes it up.

This is really not a good refrigerator! I noticed when I open the refrigerator and close it the freezer door opens. This fridge is small and not moveable it really suck wish I could return because it would definitely go back!

I bought this refrigerator to replace a large one I had that took up way to much room. This was delivered on March 23, 2023. About a week to 10 days ago the fridge part quit and the freezer went nuts and dropped to -20! I have had NO luck getting anywhere with this situation. Refrigerator is 7 months old...Best Buy says it's a manufacturer issue....manufacturer says Best Buy needs to handle it.....my opinion...DO NOT buy major appliances from here. You get a run around......

Great price but fridge is much smaller than most normal size fridges. Ended up returning and getting larger fridge but is a great fridge for a tight or small space.

We had to order and pick up from the warehouse. The process was essentially seem less. Had to unpack it there to get it to fit in a Honda Pilot. Barely fit but we got it home, set it up, let it sit overnight and fires it up. It runs flawlessly and has no damage, cosmetic or otherwise. We’re loving this fridge for a second unit in the kitchen! Knocked a star off for the price. We would have gone with a much less expensive unit if any had been available in stock. The price we paid would have been what we would expect to pay for a full sized unit.

Ok so I ordered a bit smler by mistake but it turns out you can fit alot in this fridge with the right containers. Its efficient and quiet and looks nice we are a family 3 so we can keep what we need it with no problem . Keeping me organized and my son said hey at least the food in it will be legit lol. We like it. We do have a seperate freezer chest as well .

Beautiful refrigerator. Not too big and not too small. Perfect for my one bedroom basement apartment. I am pleased with this appliance. Looks great in my kitchen.

Literally stopped working one month after 1 year warranty. Do yourself a favor and do not buy whirlpool! Started leaking water inside and then stopped cooling all together.

Bought this for my Nephew. He Stated it works well and has lots of space. He loves the stainless steel which fits his decor.

I was so hesitant to make this purchase. I researched and found whirlpool is a good manufacture. I have had it for over 6 months w/no issues. Great buy.

This has been an awful experience through and through. The fridge model has a known issue where the inside coolant freezes over and causes the freezer to create ice over everything while the regular refrigerator gets warm and spoils everything. Warranty people will only get there after a long hassle and all they did was tell us it’s a known issue that hasn’t been fixed. The person told us to tilt it back and put something under to keep it inclined, and to not fill the fridge. That’s it’s, pretty darn dumb. All of that didn’t work and we lost all of our groceries, again.

Fridge is awesome. Perfect size for my application and looks great. Love that its very affordable to add an ice maker if I’d like to. So far so good!
