Delivery men took all packaging off and placed it where it needed to be! They helped my wife inspect it for damage and made sure it was on with proper settings. They were very cordial, friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend your products, service and delivery!

It has been leaking water from the freezer almost daily. We had a technician from Best Buy come out this morning who said “for this model there’s nothing he can do and we need to unplug our fridge for two days.” What was the point of that?

Great timely service

The unit operates as expected, that is, it keeps the food cold or frozen. The great thing about this purchase is that it did not take weeks to deliver. The unit went into a rental apartment unit so it was important not to have a long delivery time.

Purchased the refrigerator in Dec 2020 and 16 months later, the freezer completely freezes over and the refrigerator wont stay cold....of course, it is out of warranty after 12 months.

The first one was great, but was included with a house sale. Efficient compact design. Holds constant temperature without icing. Generally used for beverages. Would purchase again.

It's small enough to fit a tight space but large enough to have a separate freezer section. Unfortunately this is the replacement for a brand new one that never worked after it was delivered. We wkndered how it ever got past quality control!This one works great.
