The manual and parts were not in a bag anymore and loose inside the fridge. Fortunately the delivery guys were fantastic. They handled it really well. They said they would put in an order for an exchange and I wouldn't have to do anything. The refrigerator itself would be perfect if it worked. I like the size and design.

I had to put some plastic clips on to hold them up. Didn't want to return as this was the 2nd 1 they sent as the freezer door was broke on 1st one. The only reason I give 2 stars is because it keeps beverage cold.
