The freezer would vary in temperature by 30 degrees. Nothing was ever frozen in the freezer, but when I turned the control to the coldest it froze the milk in the refrigerator part. So, all in all do not purchase this machine. On top of all the frustration Whirlpool could not get a technician to my house for 30 days. Very poor customer service. I finally went to Best Buy in person and relayed my woeful experience and they were kind enough to allow me to replace the refrigerator with a GE.

The black color option took longer to receive than the white version but we were ok with that. So far, so good. It keeps my drinks ice cold In my my hot garage.

I scheduled an appountment for someone to change the way the doors openend and they no showed. I calle dseveral time in July and was not able to get through. Now 4 months after we bought this refrigerator the upper freezer is not cold enough to freeze ice cream. I called customer service immediately and they said they could not help me transferred me to the Whirplpool where I sat on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. Worst experieince with Best Buy and I have made many big purchases.

I needed the door reversed and it seems that made it worst. The Whirlpool tech attempted to fix the door gasket but could not. Eventually, the fridge had to be exchanged due to the bad gasket design on the door.

The freezer compartment is no longer maintaining cold temperature, it varies between 30 and 40 degrees and can barely freeze water now.

Nice small refridgerator!

Its has the top freezer and bottom fridge and the door space is also plentiful. Also the black finish is appealing and lookw very modern. Very happy with this fridge!

Less than 2 years later it needed to be replaced

I paid a technician $110 to tell me Freon was leaking and it would cost $700 to repair it so just get a new one. He said they make them cheap to save money. My parent's refrigerator was good for 20 years.
