Product Is very good but store experience was not

I have tried taking the store experience survey as I had some real issues but the survey would not allow me to send. If this is only a product review all is good but I cannot say the same for my two different Best Buy store issues. Ed ONeill

They didn't want anything too new with a bunch of modern features they said they didn't need or want. When this saw this refrigerator, they both said this was exactly the one that they wanted and I felt it was an excellent bargain, so I purchased it.
