Our freezer went out and were able to get this one delivered within 4 days.

Purchased chest to replace a much older model. Measurements were about the same as my old freezer and was pleased with the great price; some of the other retailers were much higher. When I transferred the food from my old freezer to this one, I ran out of space. The angles take away about 4 inches on the sides. Slightly disappointed but still pleased with the purchase.

Works well. I wish it had dividers. Best Buy's delivery crew was great.

The 1st freezer delivered was damaged, so was not accepted by us. The second freezer was delivered and the lock does not work (very important as we have small children) sooo waiting on the 3rd freezer . Hopefully it will be good . I don’t understand why these appliances are not inspected before being delivered ?!

I have never been so mad at a cord in my life. It's too short to plug into ANYTHING - even if it's right in front of an outlet. It's about 3inches off from reaching which makes it that much more frustrating. Sure, an extension cord would be fine, but I'm putting this in my basement and the thought of setting cords on the ground behind this and my washer and dryer makes me cringe if there was ever a leak or water in the basement. Why would you make the cord so short? So here I am, disappointed in this thing, thinking of returning because now I have to rig something else up to just plug this in.

Good freezer, freezes food quickly. Only drawback is that it is rather loud

It's a freezer, it freezes thing, so mission accomplished on that front. The Delivery dudes were cool as well. My complaint stems from a call I got from the geek squad deliver phone people who tell me (a few days before it was due for delivery) "We can't deliver your order on the date agreed upon. we need to send it a month later" I asked off from work that day to be home to accept delivery. I don't get many PTO days and they essentially wasted one of those few. I expressed my displeasure to the phone rep and essentially got a "cool story bro, nothing I can do about it"
