||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The freezer is a good size for what u was looking for ,however the bottom looked like it was dropped or damaged somehow, the inside have some kind of oily substance, I called several times was placed on hold for a long time,I sent an email,waiting for a response up to now,haven't plugged in the freezer because I don't know what the substance is on the inside and no response from u guys,bought it black friday.

This freezer didn't even last two years and whirlpool will not cover it. It seemed like a good deal at the time but now they want $850 to fix it. The compressor went out and we lost close to $2000.00 in food. Stay away from WHIRLPOOL!!!

Brought it out to me and the box was ripped and taped. Last one, so i took it 150 miles home. Scratched and dented,I plugged it in for 3 days and didnt even get cool. Had to drive 150 miles back and ended up with a Chinese freezer. Hope it lasts.

It has 5” less depth and 1 1/8” less width. Aside from this the appliance was to be delivered between 12:30 and 2:30. It was delivered at 10:30 am with no warning. It was just a fluke that an adult was home to receive it.
