It works perfect and is just the perfect size.....

Works quietly and efficiently. Cold and big, stores plenty of meals.

So far I have no complaints. Nice and big inside. The baskets are a nice thing to have. Would like to find a way to section off the freezer, but otherwise very happy with this freezer.

Fits exactly by measurements under our basement stairs and cooled down fast. I like the lock feature. We will see how it performs over time but expecting great things from whirlpool.

I would have given 5 stars but it came damaged. I will say, Best Buy credited us $50 for it. It was still rather disappointing to have dents and a hinge that had to be replaced. It does keep everything very cold!

What else can you really expect from a freezer made in America ?? American engenuiery. Excellent freezer. Perfect size for a family of 4.

With Freezers being hard to purchase in this time of need. I did an online chat with a Best Buy person and he helped me locate this freezer and purchase it. Only had it a short time but well pleased so far.

Had been looking for biggest freezer for cheapest price. This model hits the spot. The next size up costs to much and is way to big. So, if you need a freezer that is big but not so big at a good price then this might fit the bill.

we've had this freezer for almost a year, no issues whatsoever I love it, for a family of 5 who likes to keep meat and other things in a deep freeze for later use it works great!

Freezer went out during the pandemic and I was lucky to track this down as a replacement. It is very quiet, energy efficient and when you open the cover a light comes on. Nice touch!

This is a great freezer with more than enough room and it's made in the USA . The two gentle men that delivered the freezer were first rate from start to finish , a job well done .

Great freezer, love how much usable space there is, there are many freezers I looked at that had similar internal space but the design was less accessible.

The freezer is perfect except the lock stopped working. The locking lever appears to have loosened up from the lock. I will try to tighten it myself. It looks like two screws hold the lock on.

This is an excellent freezer doesn’t take up a lot of space but provides plenty of extra space for food. Love this freezer. Definitely worth the price also.

It took a while to find and come in but it was worth the wait. it was and is the perfect size / cubic feet inside and actual size outside.
