Damaged

Delivery time was 12:00 to 8:00 I planned to get off work in time to be home at noon, the call was made around 11:15 I had to race home so they would not reschedule the delivery. When I got home the freezer was already off the truck, still in it’s shipping box. The driver handed me two pieces of paper and said here you go. I had to unbox it my self. After I removed all of the container I noticed the freezer rocks back and forth, tipped it up on its side and the left rear leg was crushed in. I called the BestBuy help line and I was on hold for about one hour, I got frustrated so I tried the chat button that took about 15 minutes to connect with a rep. They took all my information told me they would be back in 2 to 3 minutes, 25 minutes later I just gave up, I feel they do this on purpose. Anyway I had two orders of frozen goods being delivered in less than two days, so I plugged the unit in. It works fine so I guess I will wedge something under the damaged part and live with it. Would I buy another Frigidaire freezer, Sure. Would I buy it from BestBuy no way. 3 Stars..
