Seems like a good freezer. Has no trouble holding 0 degrees in basket area, colder in bottom. Baskets are large and slide easily. Temp control is, like most, on the side at the bottom back, so inaccessible. Should be up front!

The chest freezer was everything as described in your website. It arrived on time and was easy to unbox and install. So far is has performed correctly. The only thing we wish is that it had more baskets to separate the food items in. I would recommend this item.

The freezer is large, roomy and has 2 sliding baskets which is perfect to place the most eaten foods in easy reach. The lock on freezer broke 2 days after bringing freezer home. Lock needs to be made stronger/ better material metal vs plastic. All in all freezer is a great buy.

It’s a freezer, makes my meat nice and hard and last a lot longer, until I pull it out.

We needed a freezer and were delighted to be able to buy the floor model when freezers were not available for sale. It has really help us be able to pick a year's worth of berries and buy meat on sale.

So far this is working good. Don't have any issues operation wise. I do have other chest freezer from GE it seems that GE ones cooling better than Whirlpool but the difference in price may be compensating that. Two times i got the delivery and both times it was received damaged, but best buy did took care it well they took it back and arrange another delivery. Third time it was good no damage or dents on the compressor. next time I would probably spend little more and go with GE though. its just my opinion.

I am very pleased with freezer. Bought it as a spare!! Delivery men were so very nice and professional!! Have always been so very pleased with alll my purchases from Best Buy.

everything with freezer was great except the scratch that were discovered when I got home with it...i know i should have checked it when i got it but that a little hard in a parking lot to take it all out of the box and check it everywhere

This unit is amazing, zero frost and is keeping things perfectly frozen, Only issue would be audible noise from the unit, other then that its great. Light and TWO sliding drawers are a huge plus.

We've not had for long but it seems to be doing the trick so far. Keeps everything nice and cold. Has plenty of space

I needed to buy a large chest freezer on short notice. This freezer seemed to be best quality in my price range. So far, two months, everything is good with it. I wish it had a power light on the outside. I would also have liked a tempature alarm.
