Excellent air conditioner, cools very well and is not too noisy.

Works GREAT very cooling in a 750 square foot NYC apartment. Easy to install.

I've had this AC for two weeks so far an it's working great! I keep it on dehumidifier mode, use multiple fans and close the door to an extra room room when not needed. And keep the shades down when the sun is out. Just want to mention I ordered it via the Best Buy live chat which was convenient, however they had it delivered via UPS 2 weeks before the installers came. I had to use a hand truck to get the 90lb. box to my 2nd floor condo. The installers did a good job and hauled away the old one. I then had to cancel a separate haul away appointment. I just assumed the installer would bring it, install it, and haul away, not 3 separate transactions. Anyway highly recommended!

Great addition to our home. What a difference after replacing our old 12000 BTU air conditioner. This one cools my living room, dining room, and kitchen perfectly... Even on the really hot day this air conditioner does not disappoint.

Best Buy did a great job in ording this unit and having it right on time for the summer weather. The unit itself is great and does an excellent job of cooling my whole unit.

AC died after 11 months and whirlpool didnt honor the warranty. Called dozens of times and kept getting the runaroud, giving us non working numbers and endless excuses "oh thats a different department call this other number," doesnt work. "Someone will call you back" no one ever does. "You need to email this department" no answer.. Rep at bestbuy mentioned "their service center has a bad rep" wish I knew before buying.

This thing is absolutely garbage. It is 100 degrees outside and this AC does not cool my living room. For $700 i expect much better quality. I bought a $300 one from amazon for one room and another LG for 400 from home depot for the other room and have had no issues with those. I wish i could return this junk of metal but its past the return policy, right around when this thing started giving me issues. Go figure.

This A/C unit works well and looks nice in the wall space we have for it. The only downside is the unit is a bit loud when running. Cools a large space well.
