    Great freezer, had a dent on the side that looked like a imprint of a fork from a forklift.

    A bit disappointing for a Whirlpool

    The freezer is quite loud when running. It can even be heard in the next room. Also, the position of the light inside makes it virtually impossible to see what is on the bottom two shelves. We will never buy one again.

    Super cold! We had a chest freezer that had a huge frost problem and it was so hard to find things. Very easy to organize this freezer, it's frost free and has excellent lighting!

    I have had this freezer PHYSICALLY in my house for less than 1 month. My food is not frozen, which is a basic function that I would expect from an upright FREEZER, and the 'warm' alarm continually goes off.

    Terrible QC. After receiving the freezer I unpackaged and went to plug in. Did not turn on so after some digging I decided to open the bottom where the power cable came in. From the factory the black wire on appliance cord was just hanging out not doing much. After several calls Failed ones at that cause the customer care sucked and get getting disconnected. I decide to give it go and placed the black wire in a open slot on the wire harness. Luckily it was the right spot. Also it stated no freezer frost well we have some stuff that got it.

    This thing worked just outside of its one year warranty. What a pile of junk. My last freezer lasted 10 years…this one barely a year. Stay away.

    could not get replacement for 2 months due to backorder no answerback on how to replace if purchasing a higher priced unit to get delivered quicker Freezer full and needing to swap food to new unit ASAP

    Purchased this freezer April 2020 and by June 2022 it has gone shot. I would not recommend this freezer without an extra warranty because it’s not going to last!

    I've only had this freezer since July and it's not freezing the food solid. Repairman coming first of November,. Hopefully fixable.

    Your delivery truck broke down and I had to pick up large item myself on a Saturday over 50 mile round trip. Suggestion get more than one delivery truck

    Great Freezer, Noisy

    Freezer has been working well for us for years. No frost buildup, stays cold. Lots of shelf space, and the compartments on the doors are not too small. Uses about 1.2 to 1.3kW power per day for us indoors. The only complaint I have with this thing is it's noisy. I can hear it 30 feet away in another room clear as day.
