This freezer is excellent. It is small enough to fit in the spot we planned for it and not interfere with the space in the garage. So far, it runs flawlessly and has had a very stable temperature. The only issue? Forcing us to clean the garage!

Keeps food frozen, what more could you ask for? The light is bright enough to see food on the bottom shelf. Got cold very quickly. Freezer is in my basement and I can't hear it while upstairs, very quiet.

Just your basic white freezer. I purchased this one because of the low height. I needed it to fit in a tight place. Works perfect and quiet. Only wish there was about one more shelf and they adjusted more.

So far so good. Fits quite a bit of stuff. We definitely purchased the geek squad protection plan. Our last deep freezer went out after 6 months and Best Buy/geek squad picked it up and due to extended warranty we had, they refunded us our $ bc there were none in stock.

Whirlpool upright freezer is very very good to keep my frozen products stay nice also is self defrost by self. Running quite no noise at all. Nice $ big too

This freezer is working out great. Lots of room. I did purchase two additional racks, one large, and one small. Than increased my storage and I used one as a bread storage rack. Just enough room for 5 loafs of bread.

After shopping quite of time for a self frost free freezer, could tell the one at Best Buy had was an excellent price for an excellent quality. The delivery was timely done. Tracking the item information and service at delivery was excellent as well. Thanks you!

Our old freezer finally bit the dust after 30+ years. We should have upgraded sooner to this exact model. 15.7 cu. ft. has been perfect for our needs. It's great, and I love the lights inside. Highly recommend.

Previous model lasted 20years+ and so far this later version of same model is performing as expected: no problems, runs quietly and efficiently and opens and closes with no problems

the sales associate was quite good, but there's nothing like seeing a product. it should have had another small shelf/, that cost another $44. it should have more than 3 coldness levels. the middle one left my ice cream mushy so i had to put it on the highest level. . i like the over all set up. i probably would tell my friends to keep looking.

Great bargain for the price I paid. Great technology because it has an alert when freezer temp rises over the recommended temp. Also it has a large capacity to hold a lot of food.

We bought a medium size up-right freezer for about $500. Delivery was sooner that we thought. The two men who carried the freezer to our basement were pleasant and made sure that we were totally pleased before they left. I was very happy to find an American made product that fit our needs.

This freezer is great. It fits in our garage perfectly. Our family was going to go with a chest freezer but so happy we went with an upright. We do not have to dig to the bottom of the freezer to see what we have. All of our frozen items are organized.

Replaced an older larger freezer that did not have auto defrost. This unit has that in addtion to a lighted interior which makes it easier to find items. The price was great based on the size.

During this pandemic I decided that my bulk food ordering would be greatly enhanced for the two of us if I had a freezer for the garage. Now I'm able to stockpile various meals I purchase and prepare at home. Price and delivery seemed reasonable.

Works well for 30 days since purchase. Unfortunately delivered with 2 dents on the side -awaitimg replacement.

Our old Whirlpool Freezer went bad after 15 years, not bad!! So we went with another Whirlpool and it is great, just the right size and holds everything we need, The best buy guys dropped it off ahead of time stated and did a great time of placing it where we wanted.....

I really like this freezer, I previously used a chest freezer and the difference in storage is amazing. The interior light makes.ut easy to see inside. The only thing is wished it had was some type of light (power) indicator or something on the outside indicating its working.

So far the freezer is great. This freezer has so much storage unlike my other upright. And I really enjoy the shelves in the door. They are big enough to hold a gallon jug. All around goid purchase. The only thing I wish it did have was an outside light this way I would know when it's on or off.

Good basic Freezer, and I like that it has a lock on it. I worry sometimes when I go out of town, for example, if I closed the freezer all the way...or more likely did the kids? My youngest son hates having to get a key to use it, but I love knowing that it's closed completely...less worries about food spoilage for me.
