This was a great value even without using bonus points from a great tv I bought . Well designed , lots of room, great features. Further more the salesperson knew what he was doing and the delivery guys were prompt and efficient. looking forward to years of use

I'm very happy with this Whirlpool Freezer. Wish I had gotten a little bigger one, but it does the job. Have had it over 8 months, now, and works great.

Product is great, service poor. I was told delivery was on a date, without notifying me delivery was cancelled, had to wait four days for the next date. The gentleman who delivered the freezer was very professional, in and out 12 mins. Took that long because I asked him to move it one more time.

Upgraded from our 6.9 cu. ft. freezer and this was exactly what we needed space wise for the quarter cow and other items we purchase. The bottom "drawer" area is a little small for items and the shelf spacing is very large with only three metal racks included making it difficult to stack items but we are getting plastic drawers to keep everything in place. No issues so far other than the damage that had been done to the exterior. That doesn't effect how the freezer works was more cosmetic but since it's in the garage it was never a big deal to us. Door shelving is perfect for smaller item storage as well

Looks are deceiving because we have been able to load this freezer down with mean to het us deep into the COVID 19 season. Don’t trust the meat you buy at the stores plus to expensive. Lot better then a deep freezer also because you don’t have to stand on your head to teach for food.

This thing is great! I got it to replace a very old unit and its been excellent. I just need to figure out how to fill it now! Half a cow. Here we come!

An Upright Freezer is the only way to go. You open the door & you can see Everything. Nothing gets buried at the bottom like a chest type freezer. Freezer alarm is a very wise to have in case it’s time for your freezer to go out.

Excellent freezer! I will buy it again! It is easy to see everything in the freezer and easy to organize your food products. I love the shelving both in the freezer and in the door.

it looked a bit small for our needs. However, when installed, this is good enough for our purpose. The reason why we got this freezer was that the old one we used for a number of years was warm on the side, sometimes rather hot. It concerned me, ergo a new freezer. We immediately found out that the new Whirlpool we bought from Best Buy had same problem. I did some web search and was told that it is quite normal. Translation: I did not need to buy this Whirlpool. Live and learn, I guess!

Had an old freezer chest die recently. My wife wanted to try an upright so she could more easily access the food. She was right. This freezer has been a great upgrade for us at a reasonable price. Thanks!

My old freezer died back in March as people lost their minds and bought up all the freezers available. It's taken me until August to get a replacement. Very happy having a frost free one finally.

This freezer was priced right along with free delivery. Loved the fact that it is AMERICAN MADE...not easy to find these days. Large enough for my family. Quick delivery from Best Buy. Delivery people were really great.

Just the right size for a retired couple only down fall is area in back has a extra piece that cuts down on arranging items but basically got use to it.

I love having a stand-up freezer you can find things a lot more easier than you can in a chest freezer and it takes up less floor space works great I've never had a problem with it

The freezer is easy to access with roomy shelves and very good air circulation. All stored food us easily visible. Temperature stays steady and keeps food fresh a long time.

Perfect size for those bulk freezer items found at Sam's when the refrigerator is too small.

This freezer was a pretty great price and has nice features. I love that it could be used as either a fridge or freezer, has lots of space, LED lit, and has a child lock.
