    Lovely you can turn a deep freezer into a refrigerator mode, we just moved and haven't got a refrigerator yet so slowly but surely will turn it back into the deep freezer after we receiveing are refrigerator in a few more weeks

    given it has been only 30 days since delivery, it is hard to provide a complete review (hence the "4""). (Check back with me in 40 yrs -- that's how long my previous Kenmore lasted.) Otherwise it is working, keeping food frozen. Delivery crew were great. Moved the old one out of the way and put the new one in its place. And then let us, at out leisure, after the new one got down to temp, to unload/load as we wanted. They came back a few days later to haul away the old one. (Nice touch by BBY crew.)

    Not a bad freezer but the racks that sit in the bottom to hold the baskets are very flimsy and don't hold the baskets well. Kind of ruins a otherwise decent freezer.

    Love it so far and Best Buy had the best price! Whirlpool has always been a trusted name for appliances and this freezer seems to be on par with that. We were thrilled to be able to order it online and have it ship to store, since we live in the country. We were able to schedule a day to drive into the city and pick it up. All the staff in Weatherford were very helpful and friendly.
