We had them come get the first one and bring us a replacement because it almost immediately started collecting frost in one particular spot inside the lid. This second one is no better. Frost is constantly falling off of the lid and into the bottom of the freezer all over our food and into boxes of food.

I've tried to buy some from whirlpool but got the run around for some reason. You would think that they would want to sell me some to make me happy.

They are terrible! You can not call them on the phone 'they don't take calls at the local store'; the electronic gift card I received for purchasing the freezer is unusable. I even had my son, who works for Best Buy, try to get it to work, he couldn't. And, of course, there is no one to call. Just don't purchase any product from them.
