BB asked me to review this item by Nov 21, 2023. I took delivery on Nov 15, 2023....not much time. However, delivery was excellent- I received a call 30 minutes out. Delivery was very efficient...15 minutes total. However, this was delivered to my garage and would be a different situation if this was a refrigerator going to a high floor. The freezer cooled down very quickly and was noise-free. That's the extent of what I know at the moment. What do you bet this freezer is the same identical item marketed under Amana, for $200 more? Model number is identical: WZC5216LW...except for the first letter. I'm guessing W=Whirlpool, A=Amana BestBuy needs to refine its delivery protocol a bit better. When an appt is first made, all you know is the day. The timeframe is 0700-1900. Closer in, the delivery service will call at narrow it down. In my case, 1300-1600. It would be better to note customer preferences and then the delivery contractor can sequence the truck to accomodate as much as possible. For example, my particular neighbor does not allow truck traffic until 0800, and does not allow truck traffic after 1800. If I could specify a 1300-1500 window, then the deliveries can be loaded to consider that restriction. This will also help customers who have to miss work. By specifying morning or afternoon, then they might only need to miss a 1/2 day.

Nice arrangement and size. Nice quality and sturdier lid. Glad for interior light. I would have preferred baskets with solid piece handles. I have several of this brand and style freezer and they have been dependable.

Large amount of storage space. Can only hear a quiet humming when it is running. Keeps a consistent temperature. Wish it had casters at all 4 corners instead of just the front.

The chest freezer was a pleasant surprise, in capacity, cooling and organizing options. I believe we will make good use of it for a very long time!

Spacious, great organization, love that there is a separator to keep things apart from above the compressor. Tip: we waited 24 hrs before turning on to let the refrigerant settle.

Exactly what I wanted. Fit and work perfect. The size is awesome. Contains a sizable amount of things.

First brand new freezer we've purchased and it's perfect! No more hand me downs because this is great quality, plenty of room, with no issues to date. The 3 sliding storage baskets are a great addition to keep things organized!

Purchased this a few weeks ago. Seems to work just fine. Price was great when compared to nearly the same model at Lowes.

Awesome freezer that fits a lot and is well organized inside. Service was easy to setup and on time with many updates to narrow the delivery window.

Solid performer chest freezer. Nice sliding racks on top, lots of room below, warning lights on the front. Everything you need, this is the right size for everyday use.

Lots of space and bigger then I thought when the freezer arrived

This freezer does what it is supposed to do and seems to have good insulation to keep the motor from running too often. My only complaint is that the exterior of the unit gets quite warm (hot) when running. With a laser thermometer, I've measured temps as high as 120F on the outside-front of the unit. My other chest freezer doesn't get nearly as warm.

Plenty of space. Very nice to have the extra racks to help sort the meat. Quiet when running.

It was an easy delivery and it came to temperature quickly.

Well some parts seem a little cheap like the bins and the lower support bins... it also seems to always be running but then I adjusted and added some plastic bottles of water to freeze and it shuts off..I was surprised to find that it said made in Italy on the outer packaging I thought most Whirlpool appliances were usa made...i

Works great so far! Held our half cow easily and could probably do another half if not more.
