Whirlpool will not authorize a replacement and will continue to send someone out to repair. Very frustrating to say the least.

The sales person was no help. Actually played me like an idiot when I was asking about which one has the best motor he said they all cool the food down. No kidding. I didn’t know that. Notice it makes a lot of noise, as if it had an ice maker(?). Otherwise, it's a good replacement. Size works well for my small kitchen.
