It seems to function ok right now. The door will close by itself after opening which is a good feature in case I did not close it properly.

Bought in January 2021. This fridge worked well for a few months and then started having issues. Eventually it stopped cooling altogether. AUGUST, I scheduled service through Whirlpool's website and a 3rd party repair shop came to my house to troubleshoot. They determined there was no refrigerant left in the system, and they re-charged it with UV-refrigerant which will slowly leak out, but let them see where the leak is. They told me they would order parts and come back when they arrive. DECEMBER: Four months passed and I emailed them for a status update, and they still hadn't received parts. MARCH: Emailed again for a status update and they told me still no parts, and Whirlpool told them if they didn't have parts in the next 4-6 weeks then they would contact me. So I have had a fridge that is barely a year old and haven't been able to use it for seven months.

This is a great product and a must buy for almost anyone.

This was needed for a smaller kitchen space that limited the choices available. The refrigerator has glass shelves and door bins for storage.

The freezer won't get below 6°F. The freezer should be 0°F or below. The freezer door won't stay closed. Everytime the refrigerator door is closed the freezer door pops open. The construction on this 18.2 Cu. Ft. Whirlpool refrigerator is poor. The exterior side panels of the refrigerator are wavy and not flat and the insulation on the doors seem insufficient. The doors became cold to the touch which indicates that the cool air from the refrigerator and the freezer are being dissipated through the door which keeps the motor running constantly. We returned this model for the 20.5 Cu. Ft. Whirlpool model. The 20.5 works great.

Great refrigerator. The condition wasn’t even that bad. I ordered and picked it up same day a half hour away from my normal store.

This was for my garage and have not had very long. So far I don’t have any complains about it

Kept putting off getting a new fridge... old one seemed to get revived every time I thought it was time... so happy I just finally made the trip to Best Buy !! Great deals and friendly sales people helped ...

Was delivered with care in mint condition fast and on time The fridge is working great 3 months later, not a single complaint, the energy consumption is great too
