Whirlpool is a products I’ve grown to trust. This is my fourth Whirlpool purchase. It was a good value and good second frig.

The Whirlpool 18.2 CF top freezer is a good choice for a basic, no frills home frig, or as a second frig for the home.

The ice maker could use some improvement. It should stop making ice before a large pile is accumulated.

The 18 cu. ft. Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer replaces our 16 cu. ft. Frigidare by adding 2 cu. ft. of interior space and improved energy efficiency.

Great product, lots of space with plenty of shelf and compartments

Delivery was flawless. It was great to see how a large fridge was moved to my basement professionally and with ease. So far the working of the fridge has been great. I would not know if it will last 3-5 or 10+ years.

I have never been more disappointed with the purchase of an appliance. It doesn’t even deserve the one star, but you can not give a rating of zero. The refrigerator has been freezing everything in the refrigerator irregardless of the setting. The average temperature in the refrigerator ranges from 22-28 degrees. The repairman replaced the thermistor sensor without any resultant change in the temperature. Now we have to wait another week for a second service call. So tired of everything freezing in the frig. Do not buy this unit unless your are willing to eat frozen food. (I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to warn other people.)

Basic no nonsense refrigerator. very adequate for basic needs.

Just the right size for someone who lives alone. Easy to remove and clean shevels.

The refrigerator is working fine. The workers that came here did a good job.

So far it works fine. Depending on the products you put in it, you might have some issues with how the shelfs are located. My only complaint is I wish the handles were the smooth plastic instead of textured. I bought it after viewing it online, there was no floor model in the store. But, that was my mistake for not checking the handles.

Very nice fridge, very happy with it, lots of freezer room, nervous about glass shelves, but overall very happy with the fridge. Delivery guys did an exceptional job in brining into our small kitchen.

☺️. Happy with the product. The only thing that did surprise us was to hear running water. That happens when the refrigerator is low on groceries.

Unfortunately we were given incorrect information regarding the unit we purchased. We were told that the unit was energy star certified and found that later it was not. Because of that we were not eligible for a rebate from our electric supplier.

I needed to buy durable appliances for one of my client's rental units, so I went to Best Buy for the best value. I was able to find this refrigerator with enough capacity to handle the size of my client's family's needs. Thanks Best Buy.

Basic fridge for a great price. It has no frills but the price point is on target.
