Liked the glass shelves and adjustable meat drawer. Had to replace immediately as the old one died. Whirlpool quality as always. Very satisfied with the fast delivery.

The first delivery crew from New Orleans couldn't get it up the stairs. Even took it apart to make it "smaller" but that didn't work. They had it turned the wrong way and wouldn't listen to reason, so I refused delivery. They came back with a different crew from Houston and those guys rocked! Got it up the stairs with no issues. However once it was inside and all hooked up - they gouged and scratched up the newly resurfaced pine wood floors!

No one taking care. After 20 days of purchasing I m still waiting for my refrigerator. I it was bad experience. I don’t recommend anyone to buy through best buy

But, the delivery and installation facilitated by Pacific sales is a totally different story. Not good at all, huge time waster‘s and efficient. First item delivered was damaged, their poor communicators, poor record keepers, and all-around cluster F*%&.

Top-Freezer Refrigerator WRT318FZDW and it was delivered on March 25th, 2020 and the freezer is not working properly. The temperature set to recommended by default, but last night I removed ice cream which I put in the freezer a week ago and found them to be soft. I had about $30 worth of ice cream (three different types) in the freezer and I had to throw them out. What a piece of junk. I should have paid more attention to other reviews before buying this junk.

It is a little bigger outside than the old one but seems hugely larger on the inside. Fast cold. Fast freezing.
