Went to the local store and picked up this new unit and had it delivered. Had no problems dealing with the store. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly .

Delivery guys said they could not switch them because it was not on work order. Is there a charge for them to be switched that you have to pay for when ordering

The in-door shelves are of varying heights and lengths with one having a flip-up floor that allows storing taller objects on the shelf below. The main compartment shelves include an extra sliding drawer that is perfect for holding egg cartons.

No one taking care. After 20 days of purchasing I m still waiting for my refrigerator. I it was bad experience. I don’t recommend anyone to buy through best buy

My biggest issue is the freezer. It doesn’t have a light so I can’t see anything in there without a flashlight.

The one I wanted would have meant hiring a carpenter to make it fit. The delivery men were good but the refrigerator was wrapped in plastic wrapping and although they tried there best I am stuck with a lot of it that I can't remove.
